Our Commitment Every Most Incredible Studio composition is crafted with care, quality-tested, and packaged to arrive in peak condition. Because our collections are limited edition and often sell out fast, we maintain a strict policy to ensure fairness to all collectors.
Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once an order is placed.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at holla@mostincrediblestud.io within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will make it right.
Order Changes: Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot reroute packages or change addresses.
Missing Bricks. It happens: a piece rolls under the couch or a brick goes missing mid-build. If you find a piece is missing from your set:

Email holla@mostincrediblestud.io within 30 days of purchase.

Include your Order Number and a photo/description of the specific brick. We’ll send replacements ASAP. Note: We only provide replacement bricks for verified purchases made directly through our studio.
International Orders: We currently do not ship internationally, but will very soon.
