Shipping Policy

The Art of the Build Every Most Incredible Studio collectible is hand-assembled and packed with precision. We aren't a massive factory; we are a specialized studio, and we treat every order like a gallery piece. Because our sets are hand-made, fulfillment takes a little more time than your average big-box retailer.

Fulfillment Timing

  • Standard Processing: Please allow up to 21 business days for us to prep and pack your order before it ships.

  • Pre-Orders / Special Drops: For specific limited releases, shipping timelines may be longer. Always check the specific product description for estimated shipping dates.

  • The Goal: We want to get these into your hands ASAP, but we refuse to sacrifice quality for speed. We appreciate your patience while we get every brick in its right place.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is boxed up and ready for transit, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Domestic: We ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International: We currently do not ship internationally. However this feature will be added soon.

Lost or Stolen Packages Most Incredible Studio is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit (not delivered), contact us, and we’ll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy Double-check your digits! We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping cost to send it back out.
